Storeroom shelving installation

We have a storeroom, 1.5 x 1.8m, in a school, that needs L shaped shelves installed around 2 walls. There will be a bench to install with 2 shelves below , and 4 narrower shelves above. Bench and lower shelves are to be installed in a solid way, whilst upper shelves could be moveable. We have the benchtop, although it will need to be cut to size. All other shelving materials will need to be included in the job. The photos below show the storeroom (which is empty and currently being repainted). Shelves would go across the back and right walls. Depth measurements have been worked out.
