Floating wooden shelves, and kitchen rail.

We are looking for wooden floating shelves (no hardware showing) in the kitchen, and a small one in the laundry room. We can provide the material for the silver rail, but ideally you would be able to source the wood yourself. Please see description below: 2x wooden floating shelves in the kitchen from wall to wall: - each shelf to be 160cm in length - 30 cm depth - 3.5cm thickness. They will need to be sturdy as they will hold heavy plates and pans. I have included pictures of my kitchen and inspiration pictures of what we are looking for. I have tried to find the studs in the wall but can’t seem to locate them accurately. beneath the bottom shelf, I am wanting to install a silver rail to hang cups (inspiration picture attached).
