Pantry build

I've got a newly built townhouse, but it didn't come with a pantry. I'd like a pantry built which matches the existing cabinets. The pantry should have adjustable shelving so that I can choose the height of the shelves. The attached pictures show the existing cabinets (which I would like to match). The pantry will go in the place where the fridge is currently sitting. I'd like to get your advice on the dimensions. In an ideal world, it would have a power outlet inside, but I understand that may or may not be possible. We can discuss it. One picture shows an existing cupboard with a power outlet that faces outside the cabinet (towards the fridge), if that's helpful.
