Workstation/Bookcase

I want a wall to wall / floor to ceiling height bookcase and workstation built secured to internal wall, with under bench cupboards. Approx 4.5m wide and standard ceiling height. Bench/workstation top would be narrower than standard desk to fit space so would need to have incorporated a pullout shelf to hold keyboards/mouse etc. See photos for wall space and basic mock up idea. The space has vaulted double height ceiling so bookcase height would be half that to a standard ceiling height. Also a hatch to kitchen that is to stay. Finish painted white or complimentary to existing timber. Open to ideas on best design and finish, or we can finish painting etc? Budget $3-4K Thank you!
