Kitchen Cabinet Modification

My settlement date for my new home is the 19th October. This is a 1970's build and the space for the fridge in the kitchen has low hanging cabinets meaning a modern fridge will not fit. In order for a fridge to fit the bottom shelf in the cupboards needs to be removed and then the cabinet modified around the remaining 2x shelves. I am touching base early in the hope I can pre-book a date for this work as soon after settlement as possible so when I move in the work is completed and the fridge can go straight into this spot. I don't have photos or measurements at this stage but I will try and get these this weekend. An approx. price and available date for this would be appreciated. The cupboard is approx. 600mm wide with 2x doors. 3x internal shelves within (bottom shelf to be removed) right side board to be cut up to 2nd shelf and doors modified using existing hinges and door handles.
