Wardrobe alteration and extension to ceiling

We have 2 existing built-in wardrobes that we want extended up to the ceiling (high stud ceiling in a Villa) to enable more storage. The approximate size to be added on would be 1000cm high x 1150cm wide x 600cm deep. This would involve building a frame to sit on top of the existing wardrobes, applying gib board and stopping it. We would need a cupboard door on each wardrobe of some description for the front and would need simple shelves built inside it.
