Refer Photo: Remove existing Robinhood laundry tub, and supply and install a new laundry benchtop with an inset sink, draws, and a standalone set of under-bench draws. Modernizing the laundry ready for new front load washer and dryer already purchased. Washer below, dryer above as drawn on walls in photo. (Ignore old washing machine). Tiler already chosen to add tiles above benchtop (also drawn on the wall).
