Make and fit laundry wall cupboard

We need a wall cupboard built for our laundry. It needs to PERFECTLY match the lower cupboards - same Melamine product; same colour; same handles. It needs to be 80 centimeters long by 64 centimeters high by 25 centimeters deep. It will have 2 cupboard doors, meeting in the middle. It will also be partitioned into 2 side by side compartments - each approx 40 centimeters long (allowing leeway for the thickness of the partition). Each compartment will have a shelf in the middle - each shelf measuring approx 32 centimeters high. Shelves will need to be sturdy as full containers of liquid will be stored in the cupboard. Soft closing cupboard doors also. Brushed chrome handles which must match exactly what I already have. We'd like a quote, obviously, and we'd like this job done sooner rather than later. I have the original laundry plan here but I cannot find any reference to the cupboard colour - it's white but we all know that there's about 150 shades of white! Also I can find no reference to the actual name of the cupboard handle style. (Our house is 5 years old).
