Cutting melamine sheet to shape

Want to cut a 16mm melamine sheet into the shape below (without chipping, obviously). Alcoves each side and central holes for cords. Hopefully tradie can also re-edge in 16mm tape. (Have not yet ordered sheet as want to make sure someone can cut into desired shape first - but would like this done as soon as sheet available)
