Kitchen cabinetry repairs

A small job. We have just moved house and have discovered that 4 of the kitchen drawers and one pull out cabinet in kitchen need their sliding runners replaced. The screws to hold the runners in place are missing and look to have stripped out the holes on sides of drawers. Also whilst out we would like the person to look at the pantry and see if they could suggest a way to brace one of the shelves that looks to bow with weight.
