Was good, done the kitchen etc, then suddenly disappeared, not replying my email or phone, was supposed to install windows for me as well, paid him to buy parts. Luckily the loss was small. Inconvenience is huge when I had to find other tradesman to complete.

"Thanks Jeff I was installing handles on the windows which were left onsite while you painted? I can't help you lost them, and I didn't return as you tried to charge me for a repair that your tenant caused, which I would have fixed myself had you let me and my plumber onsite? Don't understand how I disappeared? Imperial builders still exist and in the same location?last I heard a year ago was you would contact me to Reclad house? Windows all worked perfectly when I left"
