Update kitchen cabinets and benchtop

I need a breakfast bar installed to replace my existing one which is now outdated and would like to keep the existing cupboards under the sink and replace the existing handles with new ones. The benchtop needs replacing including the sink and taps. I may need to replace a set of drawers that are beside the stove as well. I would also like to install downlighting and pendant lighting over the breakfast bar. The timeframe for this work is to be completed by February 2023. The work must be completed by this time as I have family staying later in February.
