i have a loft in my new house which needs a bench top and sink installed. We have bought the tap, sink, bench top and knock down cabinets. Will be 1350 mm length. Will need to have the bench top cut to place the sink and fix the tap by making a hole in the sink. So there will be some plumbing too. Also need a switch board to be cut and fixed in the wall near the kitchen cabinet to put a fridge. So a bit of electrical work there too.
