Multiple fixes

Hi was after some quotes to fix a few of the issues: 1. Wardrobe door in bedroom is difficult to open as it seems to screech along the top. Pic provided. Just 1 of the 2 doers (left side). 2. Fix soft close on two kitchen cabinet so 2 doors. 3. Attach missing hinge part in toilet door. 4. Have a 3 bulbs to change as well if someone can do that as well.
