Custom Shelving

I would like to have two custom shelves made as i cant seem to locate any in New Zealand that are similar. I would like two of these made and i have some access to dimensions of this style of shelving. I would like this to be wall mounted, i can provide more details once contact is made. The photo is a reference as to what i am after - preferably finished in white.
