Replace Built-in Cold Drinks Fridge

We have a cold drinks fridge which is built-in/installed in the cabinet. This fridge is not working and we would like to take it out and replace it with a new fridge. The cabinet seems to have been built around the fridge and we can't take out the fridge. The cabinet around the fridge needs to be cut (it seems) and the new fridge that we've got is slightly bigger than the available space. Refer to pictures to see what I mean.
