Bathroom cabinet re-laminate sidewall due water damage.

We have a rental where the water damage has caused the side wall laminate of a cabinet to crack and peel. Also looking a bit waterlogged at the bottom. Please note I am not going to replace the cabinet, just repair it as best as can be done. Looking to resurface it. See photos. Thanks.
