New cabinetry and bench piece for where an oven has been replaced

A wall mounted oven was replaced with a new under bench one and the space now needs fixing up. The new oven needs a piece of bench top over it (can be similar but not exact match to rest of bench) and the cabinet that surrounds it needs the existing shelf replaced as well as the walls where the old oven was. You can see from the photo that the shelf supporting the microwave is sagging. In this same kitchen is also a dishwasher that need the kick board below it reattached or replaced. Property is tenanted so would need a time arranged to view/measure up.
