Open wardrobe shelf

Shelf has already been installed, but some of the universal toggle anchors have come slightly away from the wall. Still holding very strongly, but assume this is going to cause problems eventually? Photo attached of existing shelf, want it to remain as is but seeking to have the anchors fixed as needed.
