Acrylic Benchtop Join

We have a Chinese made kitchen with two acrylic (like Corian, HiMacs, Laminex) benchtops. The island bench top has two waterfall ends that need to be joined to the top. The second benchtop has one waterfall end that needs to be joined and the top is in two pieces that needs to be joined. The island banchtop also has an integrated sink that we want removed. It's current glued to the underneath. We would like this job done as soon as possible as it is one of the last jobs before getting our renovation signed off. We don't require any sort of warranty and are not worried about voiding any warranty from the original supplier. We would just like someone to try their best to do a good job.
