fix a broken beach umbrella pole

The pole broke and requires a sleeve to be drilled out and replaced by another piece of round wood/dowling. See the sleeve required in the second pic and the metal sleeve that housed the other end of the sleeve (the broken wood inside this sleeve would need to be pushed out to make way for the new wooden insert
