Build Wine Rack to hide ducting in Kitchen

hi there, we recently installed some ducting for the kitchen range to be vented outside. however no we have the silver ducting that would be ideal to conceal. what we were thinking of was having a wine rack built on top of the kitchen cabinents to hide this. please refer to the photos to gauge an idea of this. can someone contact me and perhaps quote for this work to be done.
