Floating Shelves

I am looking to have some floating shelves made and installed in our pool room. The first one is to go between the bar fridge and overhanging cupboards in the first photo - width of space is 976ml. I’d like the depth of this one to be deep enough to put bottles of wine etc. on it. I would then like two other shelves to go in the back corner of the wall showing in the 2nd photo - sitting in some sort of diagonal pattern to each other. Whatever works best with what part of the wall is most suitable to hang them. I’d like the depth of these ones to be deep enough to place things such as photo frames and sports trophies on them. In terms of colour I am looking for something dark brown that will go with the pool table and bar leaner that are showing in the 2nd photo.
