Two new Kitchen cabinets

We are looking two add two new kitchen cabinets to our existing kitchen layout. As per the diagram below we have space above existing cabinets that we would like to use for storage. The two cabinets will will be the following approximate sizes: Cabinet 1: 698 x 315 x 320mm Cabinet 2: 700 x 315 x 560mm There is no immediate rush for this, however I would like to have it done before the end of May so that we can finish renovating our kitchen in June.
