Built-In Laundry Cabinet

Wanting a (white) laundry cupboard built. Along the style of photos I've included, with the open shelving at the bottom for shoes & boots (3rd pic) Attached above this a 2 door cabinet with perhaps moveable shelves. I've drawn up a rough idea & attached this pic too. I don't care about the inside, whether it is painted (white) gib. I do want the doors & the one side you see to have nice panel look (like country cottage). I did see something that may be suitable at Mitre 10 (?) I've also attached that photo. I did want it to go right to the ceiling, but not sure if it can - look at pic, please ignore mess! We are in Paraite (rural Bell Block)
