bench top repair / Kitchen cupboard repair

There are two elements that need repair in our kitchen. Please note, this job must be complete prior to 8 May 2023. If you are unable to complete the job within this timeframe, please don't reach out. Job 1: Repair benchtop A small piece of the benchtop, which houses the hobs, has come away and needs to be glued and siliconed. See photographs below (I've put it back in place but it needs gluing). The piece that has come away is in tact but it is heavy and a previous tradie's attempt to glue was unsuccessful. Job 2: kitchen cupboard repair This cupboard has a fancy mechanism in it that swivels but the cupboard has come off its hinge/slides and needs to be repaired. All photographs are below.
