Kitchen Rejuvenation

Our standard NZ kitchen appears tired and I want the cabinets/drawers to be rejuvenated, either (A) By resurfacing, using the Contractor's own resurfacing system, or (B) By replacing the old with new door and drawer fronts for a full facelift. Either proposal will save the underlying cabinet structure and will still be cheaper than buying a new set of cabinets. (C) The kitchen size 3.0 m x 3.5m x 2.4 m (height) with 3 walls lined with kitchen appliances + cabinets + drawers details as follows: (1) S-Wall : length 3.0 m consisting of (a) twin sinks with adjacent working tops (b) dish washer with working table top (c) A full width window facing south, not part of this scope of works. (2) E-Wall : length 3.0 m consisting of (a) hob with adjacent tops (b) microwave at hob level with top cabinets(c) full height pantry. (3) W-Wall : length 3.0 m consisting of (a) wall oven (b) cabinet + shelves (c) fridge. NOTES (4) The contract will be awarded inclusive of material + labour + tools. (5) All mechanical and electrical appliances mentioned above are presently functionable but irrespective, not part of this scope of works. (6)There is no additional/variation cost but you need to inspect the Kitchen on site and agree the dimensions before you start work. We will need a simple signed agreement to fix the contract sum and completion date before you start. (7) Start Date: 10th May 2014. Completion: Please advise. (8) Payment: Cash on Completion.
