Adding an additional wardrobe rod and shelves

Hi, we have a small walk in wardrobe that was built in 1975 with one hanging rod on each side. We would like to have dual hanging on both sides so would need to lower the existing rod and add a higher rod. It would also be good to add a few small shelves for shoes/ties etc and have some space for hanging long items like dresses. Thanks.
