Minor Kitchen alteration to fit Fridge

I have recently purchased a house and move in at the end of August. I was looking at making a Small change to the kitchen to fit a fridge. I have taken some pictures from the place. Please see attached. Is there something you could do to maybe remove the end cabinet and put in a cupboard on top to match the others like the one on the existing fridge, and maybe a small cabinet that goes from the top to bottom. The height is perfect already. The fridge will take up 95cm length gap. And from 95cm-115cm, will require something to fill that. Please see the last picture. This will be ideal for a pull out herb pantry
