Laundry renovations

I am looking to renovate our laundry, and for someone to prepare a Benchtop + one Base Cabinet. (Maybe a Wall Cabinet if within budget). Material to be provided by you as you will need to finish it to the following size and surface finish along with cutout for sink and tap as mentioned below. You must provide detail quote indicating below specifications. I would like to install myself, but you are welcome to quote for installation separately. Looking to install in 2 wks time. Benchtop: Size: 1780mm x 650mm x 40mm (Length x Depth x thk) Material: Wood – either Pine, Cherry, Walnut, Maple, Oak, Kauri, Rimu, etc. (whichever you have that would suit the laundry). No Plywood. Treatment: Wood should already be treated. Colour / Stain (if required): Depending on type of wood used, the intended finished colour is to be more like American Walnut. Surface finish: Very smooth with a Polyurethane matt finish (not gloss or shiny) double coating, on all sides (incl. cut out areas). Sharp edge: Front end (top and bottom) sharp corners to be rounded off. Cut out - Sink: Round sink hole to be cut out (as sink will be top mounted after benchtop is installed). Cut out dims to be provided. Cut out - Tap: Tap hole to also be drilled. Approx hole size is 28-30mm dia. Base Cabinet (below sink): To sit at left end of benchtop. Size: 540 x 870 (LxH). Depth to suit benchtop. To sit on 4 cabinet legs so that Toe Kicks can be provided (for front and right side) Wall Cabinet: As per pic.
