We have an existing bathroom vanity and sit on top sink (see photos) - this existing vanity need to be taken out, should be easy as existing vanity is just plywood but the sit on top sink saved. Old vanity is free to the builder if they want it/can sell it on. We also have a stone stop (natural stone) that needs the sink area cut out and the sides trimmed. Please see photos. The existing sink will be installed on top of the stone, and the new vanity put in beneath (new vanity pre-assembled). 1. Remove existing vanity 2. Cut stone for sink area, and trim sides 3. Install new vanity (all pre-assembled), stone top needs to be placed on to and the sink existing sink re-installed. Any questions, please ask. We were quoted $100 for the stone top to be cut when we bought it.
