Mark is a likable guy, was fast with quoting, but unfortunally the job was done to a poor standard. I have since had the other side of the house done by a different builder which highlights the poor quality of Marks work. (and was cheaper and quicker). I would recommend getting quotes from him rather than having him work on an hourly rate.

"Psychotic & neurotic all in one. Point a. Only let us work when she was home, which was random because she's a trolley-dolly on-call. Point b. Before job completion she terminates job saying 'it's good enough'. Thanks us, pays us, then 6 months later drops a bomb on this website saying we're 'too expensive', 'poor quality' etc. I contacted her with my concerns and asked why, if there were concerns, she hadn't asked us to revisit and correct the problems and she replied "yes you're right, I should have done that". Despite this she has still left this negative feedback for a job we thought was to her satisfaction at the time we were paid and thanked for a job well done. Infuriating and bewildering are two words that come to mind."
