Wardrobe Renovation

Looking for cost options to remove existing shelf and support panels. If these can be reused and moved higher, that would be great. Also Quote for supply & install of a new Wardobe Organiser with shelfs/double rails. Preferred design shown in uploaded picture with shelfs - having 2-3 draws on the shelfs would be a bonus but not necessary as trying to do this on a budget. Require durable rails that can hold a decent amount of weight. Existing wardrobe pictures attached - we can take the rail down as its temporarily fixed. May need help with touch up of screw holes any minor damage etc.
