Can you help me create a shoe rack prototype

I have the design in my head, but my problem is I cannot cut out the pieces I need with 100% accuracy. Are you able to supply and cut the following pieces out for me? 2 x 1830mm x500mm with 2 x lug holes every 350mm on each side ( total of 32 per panel based on using 10mm board) 8 x 600mm x500mm 16x 500mm x 250mm half rounds. Obviously, shoes are very light, so it doesn't need to be super strong material, I will leave it up to you to work out which material works best. The final finish on them is another area I am struggling with, I would prefer a matt white finish and am not keen on painting all those pieces by hand - do you have a suggestion?
