Pantry + Rubbish drawers

Looking to make a pantry in the space of an old hot water cupboard, as well as a large rubbish drawer for all 3 types of rubbish. PANTRY: In photo with measurements on it - I'd like quite a few drawers for food goods, and some larger ones down the bottom for pots/pans. It's quite deep, maybe 800ish mm, so chance to have sizable drawers. RUBBISH: In 2nd image with red outline - looking to replace with single large drawer mechanism that has removable general waste, recycling and green waste bins.
