Kitchen cupboard fronts and more

Need to replace kitchen doors as they are swelling (MDF), so just thinking of replacing fronts and toe kicks and leaving carcasses and hardware. Might raise breakfast bar (see photos) so likely some new cabinets there. Would appreciate any joiner who can reuse or do renos on a budget. Also need main bench and sink replaced, but this can also wait if unable to do.
