Door Hinges Coming Off when Opening

Hi All, The hinges in my kitchen pantry door keep coming off when I open the door. There are 4 hinges holding the door but they keep coming off each time I open or close the door. Attached is the picture of one of the hinge. It would be great if someone can help me fix this as I have little kids opening the door and I am afraid the door might come off.
