Convert Existing cupboard doors to pocket doors

We have a hinged cupboard doors that we want to convert to "pocket" door system. Utilise the existing doors, change the door componentry. Door leaf size is 2200H x 600W. Currently just standard cupboard door hinges. Need equivalent to this system: --- / --- See images attached ov cupboards open and closed and the existing hinge type. Components need to be cost effective option.
