Attaching the legs of two wooden chairs and tightening the screws in the other I

Three three dining chairs that need some fixing. 1) In two chairs one of the legs has come off. That needs to be attached using screws. See the first picture attached. I have the screws for one of the legs. For the other leg, we require the screws also. 2) In a third chair the screws on one of the legs is loose which need to be tightened. See the second picture attached. The loose screw is circled in blue.
