Replacing Bench Tops

Hello, I'm looking to have the bench tops replaced on my property in Clyde Hill with timber or Bamboo tops on top of existing cabinetry. The old bench tops would need to be removed, and the gas stovetop to be replaced with electric and relocated against the back wall, and a new sink where the existing plumbing sits. The rooms needing plastering would be: I am looking to have this job done September/October 2023. As the property is currently tenanted, I would like to have the job quoted/cost estimated based on the images and provided if possible. Thank you, Jim
