Reconfigure cabinet for new oven

We need to replace our current duo (1.5) wall oven, but a new unit will not fit nicely into the existing cut-out. The existing cabinet has the oven at the bottom, with a microwave shelf above it, and then a small cupboard above that. The condition is reasonable. A photo is attached. We would obviously like the colour of the new panel to match the existing and surrounding cupboards as closely as possible. We'll likely replace the oven with another duo model, which will be slightly smaller. However, we are also considering a full double oven, which will require a larger reconfiguration and perhaps the removal of either the shelf or cupboard. We are planning to make this change soon. However, in this first instance, I am looking for rough pricing on making these changes (separate pricing for both duo and double replacements), together with an indication of your time frames for completion.
