Bookcase unit for our office

We would like a bookcase with cupboards at the bottom for an area in our home office/spare room. The area for the unit is a bit hard to see in the photo, as we have some things stored in that area currently (the things that will go in the storage unit hopefully!) I have tried to draw a picture, but I appreciate it may not be clear. Measurements On the left-hand side, the unit will have bookshelves above a set of cupboards with shelves inside the cupboards. This side takes up 2/3's of the bookcase width. On the right side, the unit with have a full-height door and when the door opens there is an area at the top to hand clothes (with a clothing rail) and shelves below. In terms of measurements, I've done my best, but a professional would definitely need to take their own. I think it would be about 2300mm high, and 1450mm wide. The cupboard at the bottom would be a standard bench height. De --- wardrobe side and bottom shelves would be about 600mm deep with the bookcase part itself only being 400mm deep. I'm happy to have industry standard measurements recommended to fit with standard board lengths or other advice. Materials: I would like this to be made in a simple white board like kitchen units are made from. But if there is a cheaper option that would need me to paint it, I'll also consider this
