Built in Bookcase / Entertainment Unit

We are looking for a quote to put in some inbuilt shelves/bookcase/tv unit for our lounge. Looking for something similar to what is in the pictures attached (two photos of what we want and one photo of what we currently have). Something that is roughly 4000 x 2300. Cabinet on the bottom and shelves on top
