Floor to ceiling bookshelves - inbuilt

Looking for inbuilt floor to ceiling shelves to cover one wall and two other thirds of walls - [ shaped overall. Height of room roughly 3m 10cm, long wall 4m 15cm, two other walls between 75-95 cm each(not equal) - sorry for approx measures, using a hand tape measure. Wanting shelves to be wood, between 30cm and 15cm deep (varying up the wall) and spaced based on discussion with contractor (different heights of things to be displayed). Also keen to consider one eye level shelf to be glass fronted display cabinets. Materials willing to discuss and take advice on, but happy with reclaimed wood from earthquake salvage - end goal is smooth and durable, overall. Side note - access to property is easy if occupied, so may need to be either done in one set of days or spaced out. Happy to discuss details.
