Hot water cupboard shelving

Hi there! My partner and I are hoping to get some hot water cupboard shelving built and installed for storage of shoes and linen! The cupboard is 66mm wide and about 238mm tall and we’re wanting about 5-6 slatted, removable shelves built in front of the cylinder which is at the back of the cupboard. As pictured the pipes are about 40-44mm away from the front of the cupboard. We’d also be open to suggestions about how to make the top space above the cylinder useable! We considered doing this ourselves but since this is a relatively new build, we want the shelving to match the quality of the rest of the home! Cheers!
