Vanity need to be removed and fix a new one.I hope the vanity top is good.but need base replacement .I would like you to come over and check the job .If needed I buy a vanity with the exact measurement provide by you. In addition, need to repair cold water tap and pipe leakage.Hope you reply . Would like to know repair and installation cost as well.Thanks
