Putting up 4x shelves and 2x Elfa storage top tracks

Hopefully not too big a job but definitely beyond my DIY skills! I need 4x shelves put up (2 in a bathroom, 2 in the kitchen). Shelves are all identical in size - 80.5cm by 20cm and are fixed by metal brackets. I do not have screws for the brackets. I also need 2x Elfa storage system top tracks fitted in the garage - each is 1350mm by 50mm. I do have the screws for these. As per photos, I tried to screw in one of the top tracks but it was all a bit of a disaster and I didn't want to make anything worse! Photos are of shelves/tracks & locations where they are to go.
