Our house on Moncks Spur Rd Redcliffs has significant damage, however EQC maintains we are under (just ) cap, therefore a Fletchers EQR repair. We are looking for a reliable builder whom we could nominate for Fletchers to use. Over half our upstairs cladding (Summerhill Stone ) needs replacing. Inside the entire house needs repainting, and upstairs almost all walls need re gibbing. Upstairs floors need re screwing. We also want to replace most of the kitchen cabinets, and install new bathroom and laundry fittings etc.
