Please fix my drawers
Job description
I need two kitchen drawers repaired. One is the cutlery drawer and I can't find the right plastic insert so I thought filling it in with 'wood' of some sort would work just as well. The second drawer has been damaged and needs rebuilt but I want to use the existing facings so the drawers still matchc the kitchen. The sliders still work and can be reused to reduce cost.

Alistair seems to take on more work then he can handle. His communication is slack and he doesn't always turn up when he says he will. I was quoted a price for the job and that is what he charged but he didn't do the job he was meant to do so the price should have been lowered to reflect less work and materials. Instead of taking two weeks as he said it would, the job took five weeks! His parting comment was that it's not perfect but you're not paying much?!?!?
