Easily accessible home in need of dining room cabinetry & storage solutions

We have a character newer build house that needs some joinery/storage solutions in the small dining room area. We will need built in storage, cabinetry dining bench, etc. Room is 2.45 x 3.7 metres. We would like to get this job going as soon as possible so it can be done when the space is needed in mid December. Potential for further joinery projects next year. Location note: even though it says Lyttelton, we are on an easily accessible, wide street with lots of parking. Photos - please note that the furniture/decor pictured is no longer in the house.
